Within the wood a rich diverse flora of bluebells, cowslips, foxgloves and daffodils flower in hidden glades making it a haven for the local wildlife. Badgers, foxes and a myriad of birds live among the recorded 25 tree species that make up Taldrum Wood. Over 13 thousand trees growing in over 12 acres of quiet undisturbed woodland are yours to enjoy and explore. protecting the trees. A medium sized car (1.4-2.1 litre) that travels 12,000 miles per year, will produce approximately 3.60 tonnes of carbon dioxide per year.
